Responsibilities

While each outside sales team associate has a great deal of freedom in their position, there are several duties that are required on a daily basis.  Some of these duties include:

  • Developing potential and new customer accounts
  • Handling customer questions, complaints and concerns
  • Helping resolve any customer billing issues
  • Assisting customers with purchasing questions
  • Traveling to meet customers.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
Skill Requirements

Although sales can be a challenging position, it can also be very rewarding. Some of the skills that are required to become a successful outside sales team member include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and planning skills
  • Self-motivation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to relate to customers requests and needs
  • Ability to travel as required
Compensation

Compensation is commission only from 8 - 10% of gross sales.
